It can be difficult to buy a watch, or any other product over the internet since you can’t touch the product.  The help alleviate your concerns in this regard we’ve developed our “Zero-Risk Purchase Policy

What Does This Mean?
When you make a watch purchase directly from us, you have a FULL 7 DAYS, from the day you receive the watch, to inspect it and make sure that it satisfies your expectations.  If, for any reason, you feel that the watch does not live up to your expectations, you can receive a full refund for your purchase price of the watch.  We will just retain $12 to cover the up-front shipping and handling since our watches are shipped free of charge to our customers in the U.S.

Please note that any watch which is returned or exchanged must be received in new, original and unused condition, along with all original boxes, manuals, booklets and with packaging and accessories intact. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our returns department. Any watch that is worn, scratched, sized or altered in any way will not be eligible for a credit or exchange and will be returned to the customer. Watch bands, bracelets and accessories are not returnable for exchange, refund and/or credit. NFW reserves the right to reject any damaged or worn returns even if a return authorization number was originally granted.


To Return a Watch via our “Zero-Risk Purchase Policy: “

1.) Contact us via email at info@NFWonline.com to request an RA Number (Return Authorization Number).  When you contact us via email we will need to know:

- Your name, address, phone number, purchase date, and email address

- We will also need to know the watch model number and that you wish to take advantage of the “Zero-Risk Purchase Policy.”
2.) Pack the watch carefully, making sure the RA Number we issued is clearly marked on the outside of the box.  Please also include a copy of your purchase receipt.

3.) Ship the watch to us at the address below, insured for it’s value, with a shipper who offers shipment tracking and please keep a record of your tracking number (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS). We cannot be responsible for shipments that are lost en route to us.

Upon arrival we’ll inspect the watch and issue the refund if the watch is in new condition. If the watch shows wear then we will not be able to issue the refund and will return the watch to you. When a refund is issued, you will receive your full purchase amount minus to cover the original shipping & handling fees since we cover the original shipping & handling fees on our watches.

PLEASE NOTE:  The “Zero-Risk Purchase Policy” applies only to watches. It does not apply to apparel and any other accessories. All sales are final on apparel and accessories.
